This being the first installment of the Pivotal Connection Blog, I thought it would be good to give you an idea about what will be posted here on a regular basis.  I will provide my own Call Center related professional insights along with articles, links, guest posts and statistical information that will help you make good decisions with your In-house Call Center and/or your Call Center Outsource Provider.

Please feel free to send me any questions you may have regarding operations, KPI’s, SLA’s, protocols, guidelines, telemarketing, sales strategies, business rules, routing, IVR’s or the many other issues that arise in planning, launching or improving an inbound or outbound Call Center.  I will be sure to reply on a timely basis.
